On September 5th, Brazil celebrates Amazon Day!And what better way to honor it than by experiencing connections with its people, nature, and culture?
The third day of Encontro+B Amazônia 2025 will be an invitation to step into the territory and feel the Amazon firsthand. You can choose between a free activity in the morning or various full-day experiences or in the afternoon*.
*Some activities have an additional cost. 100% of this amount is reinvested directly into the local economy, supporting Amazonian businesses. Your participation not only offers you a unique experience but also boosts projects that generate real impact in the region.

Utinga State Park
This is the official program for the third day of Encontro+B Amazônia 2025! It will be an opportunity to connect with the Amazon through the perspective of its forest, its people, its history, its culture, its social justice projects and its climate justice, and to discuss the paradoxes of a city a few weeks away from hosting the world's largest climate event: COP30. Therefore, we invite you to an immersive walk through Utinga Park, in the heart of Belém, guided by a local expert. The park is a State Conservation Unit created to preserve natural ecosystems of great ecological importance and scenic beauty, stimulate scientific research and also encourage the development of environmental education activities, including ecotourism.

AFTERNOON
Recycling and Circular Economy Workshop with Regenera Project
This workshop is part of the environmental education and plastic waste transformation program of Regenera Project in the peripheral communities of Belém. During the Encontro+B Amazônia 2025, you will visit the Usinas da Paz, an initiative of the Secretariat of Citizenship of the State of Pará that aims to reduce social vulnerability and violence. Additionally, you will produce lamps following the Pirilampos do Planeta methodology, which will be part of a collaborative artistic installation by Regenera Project during COP30.

Experiences promoted by Assobio
The following activities are organized by Assobio,an association that represents small and medium-sized companies in Belém based on the Amazon bioeconomy, which seek to combine their economic development with the preservation of the biome and the well-being of the communities.

From Cacao to Consciousness
This is a sensory, cultural, and spiritual experience centered around the native cacao supply chain of the alluvial plains of the Amazon. Led by the brand Cacauaré, the activity takes place in Santa Bárbara do Pará region (rural area of Pau D’Arco), where forest products from Mocajuba are processed. It is designed for visitors interested in regenerative and ancestral tourism.

Da Tribu: The Artisanal Latex Process
A sensory and cultural experience in the native rubber supply chain of the Amazon, in the community of Pedra Branca, on Cotijuba Island. There, families transform latex into sustainable threads and fabrics that become necklaces, bracelets, and accessories, generating a positive impact for about 30 people. The 4-hour day includes a visit to the rubber plantation, an immersion in the sustainable fashion production center Da Tribu, a participatory jewelry workshop with forest biomaterials, as well as a Caboclo musical lunch and a swim in the river. An opportunity to experience the traditional knowledge of riverside communities and see how socio-bioeconomics transforms into fashion, design, and sustainable development for the Amazon.

The visit to the Da Cruz Chocolates factory and plantation in Ananindeua, Pará, is a sensory journey through the flavors and knowledge of Amazonian cacao. There, you can learn about the entire process — from the tree to the chocolate bar— and discover how the brand transforms native cacao into pure and intense chocolates made solely with cacao and dark sugar. The experience concludes with a chocolate refreshment and other treats.

Natura Experience in the Communities and Ecopark
Visit an Amazonian community. At APROCAMP, you will learn about the power of collective work and the integration of socio-biodiversity. The cooperative is home to the first community industry of essential oils in the Amazon, a true milestone of innovation and local protagonism. To round off the experience, the tour ends at Ecoparque Natura, an ecosystem that connects science and sustainability.
*It is important to clarify that a total of 70 places are offered, organized in 2 groups that may or may not be divided between two communities, depending on the final number of participants.

Natura: Visit to agroextractivist community + swimming in the igarapé
With Natura, we will be fully immersed in the Amazon rainforest: a walk through its biodiversity, a refreshing swim in an igarapé (small river) and an encounter with innovative and sustainable practices led by an agro-extractivist cooperative. Nature, culture and sustainability in a single day.

Combu Island Experience
With the tourism agency Monotour, based in Belém, participants will have the opportunity to take a boat ride on the Amazon, exploring the streams of Combu Island. They will also visit the "Street River" project, the first open-air art gallery in the Amazon; the community of Boa Vista do Acará, with a demonstration of the harvesting and tasting of açaí and chestnut; a sensory immersion in the jungle with a light hike to admire centennial trees such as samaúmas, rubber trees, chestnut trees, aromatic and medicinal plants; and learn about the biodiversity and lifestyle of Amazonian communities. Participants will also have free time for lunch and swimming in the river, and the day concludes with a visit to the "Dona Nena" chocolate factory on Combu Island.

On September 5th, Brazil celebrates Amazon Day!And what better way to honor it than by experiencing connections with its people, nature, and culture?
The third day of Encontro+B Amazônia 2025 will be an invitation to step into the territory and feel the Amazon firsthand. You can choose between a free activity in the morning or various full-day experiences or in the afternoon*.
*Some activities have an additional cost. 100% of this amount is reinvested directly into the local economy, supporting Amazonian businesses. Your participation not only offers you a unique experience but also boosts projects that generate real impact in the region.

TOMORROW
Utinga State Park
This is the official program for the third day of Encontro+B Amazônia 2025! It will be an opportunity to connect with the Amazon through the perspective of its forest, its people, its history, its culture, its social justice projects and its climate justice, and to discuss the paradoxes of a city a few weeks away from hosting the world's largest climate event: COP30. Therefore, we invite you to an immersive walk through Utinga Park, in the heart of Belém, guided by a local expert. The park is a State Conservation Unit created to preserve natural ecosystems of great ecological importance and scenic beauty, stimulate scientific research and also encourage the development of environmental education activities, including ecotourism.

AFTERNOON
Recycling and Circular Economy Workshop with Regenera Project
This workshop is part of the environmental education and plastic waste transformation program of Regenera Project in the peripheral communities of Belém. During the Encontro+B Amazônia 2025, you will visit the Usinas da Paz, an initiative of the Secretariat of Citizenship of the State of Pará that aims to reduce social vulnerability and violence. Additionally, you will produce lamps following the Pirilampos do Planeta methodology, which will be part of a collaborative artistic installation by Regenera Project during COP30.

Roots of the Amazon: Immersion in the Cumaru Supply Chain – the Vanilla of the Amazon
A workshop to be held at UFPA that will cover tree planting and environmental education, tracing the Cumaru supply chain from cultivation to product production.

Experiences promoted by Assobio
The following activities are organized by Assobio,an association that represents small and medium-sized companies in Belém based on the Amazon bioeconomy, which seek to combine their economic development with the preservation of the biome and the well-being of the communities.

From Cacao to Consciousness
This is a sensory, cultural, and spiritual experience centered around the native cacao supply chain of the alluvial plains of the Amazon. Led by the brand Cacauaré, the activity takes place in Santa Bárbara do Pará region (rural area of Pau D’Arco), where forest products from Mocajuba are processed. It is designed for visitors interested in regenerative and ancestral tourism.

Da Tribu: The Artisanal Latex Process
A sensory and cultural experience in the native rubber supply chain of the Amazon, in the community of Pedra Branca, on Cotijuba Island. There, families transform latex into sustainable threads and fabrics that become necklaces, bracelets, and accessories, generating a positive impact for about 30 people. The 4-hour day includes a visit to the rubber plantation, an immersion in the sustainable fashion production center Da Tribu, a participatory jewelry workshop with forest biomaterials, as well as a Caboclo musical lunch and a swim in the river. An opportunity to experience the traditional knowledge of riverside communities and see how socio-bioeconomics transforms into fashion, design, and sustainable development for the Amazon.

Visit Da Cruz Chocolates Factory and Plantation
The visit to the Da Cruz Chocolates factory and plantation in Ananindeua, Pará, is a sensory journey through the flavors and knowledge of Amazonian cacao. There, you can learn about the entire process — from the tree to the chocolate bar— and discover how the brand transforms native cacao into pure and intense chocolates made solely with cacao and dark sugar. The experience concludes with a chocolate refreshment and other treats.

Natura Experience in the Communities and Ecopark
Visit an Amazonian community. At APROCAMP, you will learn about the power of collective work and the integration of socio-biodiversity. The cooperative is home to the first community industry of essential oils in the Amazon, a true milestone of innovation and local protagonism. To round off the experience, the tour ends at Ecoparque Natura, an ecosystem that connects science and sustainability.
*It is important to clarify that a total of 70 places are offered, organized in 2 groups that may or may not be divided between two communities, depending on the final number of participants.

Natura: Visit to agroextractivist community + swimming in the igarapé
With Natura, we will be fully immersed in the Amazon rainforest: a walk through its biodiversity, a refreshing swim in an igarapé (small river) and an encounter with innovative and sustainable practices led by an agro-extractivist cooperative. Nature, culture and sustainability in a single day.

Combu Island Experience
With the tourism agency Monotour, based in Belém, participants will have the opportunity to take a boat ride on the Amazon, exploring the streams of Combu Island. They will also visit the "Street River" project, the first open-air art gallery in the Amazon; the community of Boa Vista do Acará, with a demonstration of the harvesting and tasting of açaí and chestnut; a sensory immersion in the jungle with a light hike to admire centennial trees such as samaúmas, rubber trees, chestnut trees, aromatic and medicinal plants; and learn about the biodiversity and lifestyle of Amazonian communities. Participants will also have free time for lunch and swimming in the river, and the day concludes with a visit to the "Dona Nena" chocolate factory on Combu Island.
